What to bring
Please bring any relevant medical history, a current list of medications you are taking, and details of any previous aesthetic treatments if applicable. You do not need to prepare anything formal — Jolene will guide the conversation during your consultation.
Your consultation
Consultations are approximately 45 minutes and are conducted in person at 2/184 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121. Every consultation is led by Jolene, Cosmetic Nurse, without delegation. She will listen, assess, and advise based on your individual situation — no preset path, no pressure.
Booking deposit
A deposit of $30 is required to secure your appointment. Specific treatment fees, cancellation terms, and rescheduling policies are confirmed at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for these details.
